Description   On an ongoing basis, each network & application password requires the following: 1. The minimum password length is characters.  Users are required to use at least of the following character types: alpha, numeric, special character, or capitalized. 2. Users are prompted to change their password on initial login. 3. Passwords are required to be changed every days. 4. Users are locked out of their accounts after failed logon attempts. 5.
